Today I'm uploading a few select photos from my travels through the years. The pics from my early years were taken with my trusty Pentax K-1000. Unfortunately, the negatives from those days were mostly lost in one or another of my many moves. So what is seen are scans of old prints.
In or about 2001 I switched over to digital photography. I've had many digital cameras over the years. I think I can say without reserve that they all sucked ass. Oh, wait, what's that? It's the photographer, not the camera, you say? True, I suppose. I just can't help remembering how forgiving my Pentax was, though.
I will NEVER claim to be a photographer of any skill, but even with all the advantages contained within the modern digital camera I think the pics I shot with my old 35mm camera were better than these digital ones. I know people who are true artists with a camera, any camera, but I'm not one. I wish there were an inexpensive digital camera that could make my photos more, more.
